Where practical, please remove fragile items, valuables and smaller belongings from the work areas before commencement.

Larger furniture and any arrangements for moving or protecting it should be discussed and agreed in advance. GEODEC will provide appropriate protection for the agreed work areas.

Suitable minor filling and decorative making good can be included within the agreed scope.

More extensive plaster repairs, water damage, timber deterioration or defective substrates may require additional work or specialist assessment. These requirements are identified and priced separately where necessary.

Yes. We can work with selected designer colours, specialist coatings and other appropriate decorative finishes, subject to suitability and specification.

GEODEC Guard is our annual decorative maintenance service, providing planned visits for eligible minor touch-ups, filling, caulking and localised decorative repairs.

A £75 initial property assessment, including VAT, is required before joining. Subject to the agreed eligibility conditions, this fee can be credited against the first annual Guard plan.
